Si crees que hace falta agua agregar un poco.<\/p><p>Sirve el caldo y las verduras en un plato hondo y por aparte la carne. Seg\u00fan la historia, fue en el siglo XVI en Francia, donde se sabe que los reyes Francisco I y Enrique IV exig\u00edan que, a su potaje, plato elaborado a base de verdura y legumbres le a\u00f1adieran carne sazonada lo que implicaba a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s agua para evitar que quedara como una sopa.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;\">El caldo de res podr\u00eda tener su origen del puchero espa\u00f1ol, plato que se elaboraba con caldos de carne y verduras.
