para ablandarlas. Luego, hi\u00e9rvelas hasta que est\u00e9n suaves y trit\u00faralas o mu\u00e9lelas para formar una pasta fina.<br \/>Mezclar la harina de haba:<\/li><li>En un recipiente, disuelve la harina de haba en 2 tazas de agua fr\u00eda. Revuelve bien para evitar grumos.<br \/>Cocci\u00f3n inicial:<\/li><li>En una olla grande, lleva a ebullici\u00f3n las 3 tazas de agua restantes con la raja de canela.<br \/>A\u00f1adir la mezcla de haba:<\/li><li>Incorpora la mezcla de harina de haba al agua caliente, removiendo constantemente para evitar que se formen grumos.<br \/>Endulzar:<\/li><li>A\u00f1ade el az\u00facar o panela, y ajusta al gusto. Si deseas una textura m\u00e1s cremosa, agrega la leche en este punto.<br \/>Espesar:<\/li><li>Cocina a fuego medio, removiendo continuamente, hasta que el atol espese ligeramente y tenga una textura suave y homog\u00e9nea.<br \/>Servir:<\/li><li>Retira la raja de canela y sirve caliente en tazas. Puedes espolvorear canela en polvo por encima para realzar el aroma y sabor.<\/li><\/ul><p>Este atol de haba es ideal para disfrutar en d\u00edas frescos o como parte de las tradiciones culinarias
