medianos, sin retirar la c\u00e1scara.<\/li><li>Cocci\u00f3n inicial:<br \/>En una olla grande, llevar a ebullici\u00f3n las 6 tazas de agua junto con la raja de canela.<br \/>A\u00f1adir los trozos de pl\u00e1tano y cocinar a fuego medio hasta que est\u00e9n suaves, aproximadamente 10 minutos.<\/li><li>Procesar los pl\u00e1tanos:<br \/>Retirar los pl\u00e1tanos del agua (reservar el l\u00edquido de cocci\u00f3n) y dejar enfriar ligeramente.<br \/>Pelar los pl\u00e1tanos y triturarlos hasta obtener un pur\u00e9 suave.<\/li><li>Mezclar y cocinar el atol: Incorporar el pur\u00e9 de pl\u00e1tano al l\u00edquido de cocci\u00f3n reservado.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir el az\u00facar y mezclar bien. Cocinar a fuego lento, removiendo constantemente para evitar que se pegue, hasta que la mezcla espese ligeramente, alrededor de 5-7 minutos.<\/li><li>Servir: Retirar la raja de canela. Servir caliente en tazas o j\u00edcaras<a href=\"https:\/\/soymigrante.com\/revista\/poporopos-milenarios-sabias-que-son-un-snack-de-origen-prehispanico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> tradicionales.<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>Este atol de pl\u00e1tano es ideal para acompa\u00f1ar con pan dulce o disfrutar solo, ofreciendo un reconfortante abrazo culinario en cada
