usas ma\u00edz nixtamalizado, muele los granos con un poco de agua hasta formar una masa suave. Si usas masa ya preparada, pasa al siguiente paso.<\/li><li>Disolver la masa: En una olla grande, mezcla la masa de ma\u00edz con un poco de agua hasta obtener una consistencia l\u00edquida sin grumos.<\/li><li>Cocinar: A\u00f1ade el resto del agua y la sal. Lleva la mezcla a fuego medio y remueve constantemente para evitar que se pegue o forme grumos.<\/li><li>Hervir: Cocina por 15-20 minutos, hasta que el atol espese ligeramente y tome una textura homog\u00e9nea.<\/li><li>Servir: Sirve caliente en tazas.
